Clinton-Sherman Airport, also known as the Oklahoma Air & Space Port, is a public airport located near the town of Burns Flat, Oklahoma. The airport is operated by the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority and is one of only 12 FAA-licensed launch sites in the United States.
This is a work in progress, as I will be adding to details as I get more data on the airport. All the Terminal/hangar/airport building are handcrafted to match as close as possible to what is currently on site at the airport.
The airport has two concrete paved runways, with the larger runway measuring 13,503 x 300 ft (4,116 x 91.4 m), which is a major benefit for its use as a spaceport. The airport covers an area of 1,690 acres (680 ha) and is located near transportation corridors such as Interstate 35 and Interstate 40.
The facility was previously used by the United States Navy and United States Air Force from 1942-1069, and was closed under the name Clinton-Sherman Air Force Base. In 2006, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) granted a license to the site to the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority to operate as a spaceport, one of only 12 such licensed sites in the U.S.
The airport also boasts the first space flight corridor, "The Infinity One," which is about 152 miles long and averages about 50 miles wide, and is not in restricted airspace. Individual operators must secure a separate license to make space flights from the facility.
Installation: Uncompress the file and place in your community folder.
There are a few of the outer buildings that I'm still working on, so they will be in the next updates.

I'd love to see KAVK (NW Okla) or my home base, Gundy's (O38), or KGCM ----if you're open to suggestions. Regardless, I'm just glad OK is getting some attention. Many thanks.
