Mauterndorf is the highest situated airfield in Austria: 3642 ft or 1110 meters above sealevel.
This Airfield is very common for glider flyers due to the usually good upwinds for flying in the alps. But also small engine aircrafts are approved.

v0.1.1 scenery was based on standard and library objects of Mikea.at.

v0.3.4 added new objects and change some to make it a littlebit more realistic
v0.3.5 updated the ski arena with light and some other thinks
v0.4.0 modified based on the new orthophoto scenery of freyenb. Take also a look to:
https://flightsim.to/file/6731/better-orthophoto-for-mauterndorf-in-austria
v1.0.0 modified landing zone runway marking
v1.1.0 minor modification e.g. castle
v1.2.0 several minor modification
v1.3.0 fix windsock direction & add some other objects
v1.4.0 elevation update base on new existing DEM austria package & ski lift removed (you can use https://flightsim.to/file/14840/project-litfts-europe instead)
v1.6.0 upgraded & recompiled corresponding game release 1.21.13
v1.7.0 modify position of buildings (1.22.2)
My special thanks go to Wolfgang Allers the author of these special library objects. I couldn't have updated the scenery like that without his permission to use them.
Great scenery! However some of the buildings have parts floating above the terrain so it looks like it's not sitting flush with the mesh. Has this been updates since the latest DEM?

I've merged the buildings with the terrain based on official latest DEM (1.22.2)

Nice little airfield, thanks a lot!
One question: what plane is this 2-seater with the Austrian Airforce insignia from your screenshots?
I think you mean the focke wulf piaggio p149d from https://atsimulations.com/focke-wulf-149-msfs . The Austrian Airforce insignia is an download here from flightsim.to.

Do we still need the DEM and ORTHO updates after the official Austrian World update?
The ortho is not better with the DACH 1.19.9.0 update, so I'm still using it. The DEM is not needed, but make sence, because with a more details profil.

This mod will be great when you rename modellib.bgl to some other name. Try LOSMairport.bgl for instance, or anything unique, and then everyone can use your mod without it getting overwritten by the next mod in their Community folder with the same problem! Everyone is getting rid of their mods that have the modellib.bgl file name in them. Here is a good article on the problem...

Thanks!
