Pan Am (N1072F) was one of a fleet of Bell Helicopter Textron model 222 helicopters that were operated by Omniflight for Pan American World Airways.
In 1982 Pan Am partnered with Omniflight to provide complimentary helicopter shuttle service for it's First Class and Clipper Class passengers. The flights linked Manhattan, via the East 60th Street Pan Am Metroport and the Downtown Manhattan Heliport, with Pan Am's Worldport at JFK and Pan Am's Newark Airport operations. This service was initally operated with six passenger Bell 222s and ended in 1988.
