This is just a flight plan that you can import into the sim and use whatever plane.
To unpack the flight plan you want to click on the download either on the bottom left or top right, once it opens click extract on very top of your screen and exract it to wherever you like.
Open Microsoft Flight Simulator then go to world map, once you are in world map press space bar then at the bottom left it should say load or save, click on load or save then click from this pc and where ever you unpacked the the flight plan.
