Hello, today I bring you another fictional "retro livery", from this extinct Chilean airline.
According to Wikipedia:
National Airlines was a Chilean airline that provided cargo and passenger transportation services. It belonged to the society formed by the Uauy and Musiet families, and its headquarters were located in Santiago de Chile.
National Airlines was founded by a group of investors led by Miguel Nasur. It began its operations on December 27, 1992, with flights from Santiago to Arica, Iquique, Antofagasta, Puerto Montt and Punta Arenas. His catchphrase was "National, closing the gap." The following year it acquired the Southeast Pacific airline, thereby expanding its routes.
On September 9, 1995, National made its first international flight between Santiago and Mendoza. In August of the following year, it began its flights to Balmaceda and Calama, and that same year it signed an agreement with Aerolíneas Argentinas for the maintenance of its Boeing 737 fleet. On August 15, 1997, National Airlines began its flights to Buenos Aires. In September, it inaugurated its routes to the United States, after Lan Chile ceded some routes to it the previous year.
In late 1997 it was reported by Air International and Aircraft magazines that National Airlines was evaluating wide-body aircraft, with the 767 and DC-10 being the primary options, for possible service to Europe. This was brief and never happened.
On January 8, 1998, Avant Airlines acquired 100% of National, with which all of the airline's operations gradually passed into the hands of Avant.1
In 2009, eleven years after the sale of National Airlines, Carlos Musiet, a former executive of the company, began the operations of Principal Airlines, an airline that was founded years before but which only recently obtained the license to carry out commercial flights at the end of the decade.2
National Airlines also operated on its international routes, to the city of Arequipa in Peru. which operated in the 90's (without date information)
