At what point does the fuel conditin level be set to HIGH IDLE? I see in the checklist set to LOW IDLE on startup. I have followed this and set it to HIGH IDLE on Runway, but engine cuts out here. Should it be high idle after run up checks?
Engine should not cutout in high idle, never. this must be a bug. but besides that there are no fixed rules for setting high idle. You theoretically can make the whole flight in low idle. But High Idle is commonly used from takeoff to landing, or on the ground if you have a lot of electrical users on or air condition.

Before takeoff shows minimum bus voltage as 26V. This never occurs in the plane (usually a little over 25 Volts) and the ingame checklist that comes with the Kodiak from SWS states min. 24V

There is an error in this checklist. It states that flaps should be reduced to 20 degrees shortly before touchdown. This is not correct according to Kodiak. landings should be made with full flaps.
This a common practice and not wrong. You can shorten the landing Distance a lot by reducing the Flaps before Touchdown. Normal Landing is made with full flaps.

Nice work, just a couple of corrections…..Max take off weight is 7255lbs, max landing weight with regular tires is 6690lbs, on the tundra tires it’s 7255lbs.
Aux bus stays off until the after start checks.
The prop governor test doesn’t work yet. Developers could not model it within the MSFS limitations.
I like how you made the checklist to fit into the flightsim world.
Cheers
