Le Glacier Express est un train reliant les stations de sport d'hiver de Saint-Moritz et de Zermatt dans les Alpes suisses centrales via Coire, Disentis, Andermatt et Brigue. The Glacier Express is a train connecting the winter sports resorts of St. Moritz and Zermatt in the central Swiss Alps via Chur, Disentis, Andermatt and Brig. In summer, a train leaves from St. Moritz and another from Davos. The two branches meet between Chur and Disentis. The train is not an express in the sense that it is a high-speed train, but rather in the sense that it allows a single-seat trip to be made for a journey of almost eight hours and that it omits local train stops.
